CHILDREN

Children's Sunday School
Bethany’s Sunday school classes offer children who are 5 years old- 5th grade a biblical foundation through scripture and interactive activities. Each class is divided by age/grade level. Sunday school runs through the whole calendar year.  The curriculum we use at Bethany is Deep Blue.   Each week we have a Bible lesson during our Junior Church, which takes place immediately after the Children's Message in each of our  worship services. Then during our Sunday School hour from 9:45-10:45 the children are invited to participant in some fun activities which include games, cooking, science, and crafts.

Our Preschoolers (ages 2 – 4) meet in Room #13 with Crystal Davis and Cassandra "Dee Dee" Mowery in the preschool class, children will begin to understand that the Bible is God’s special book and point to and repeat simple Bible words.

Children’s Church
Our children begin the worship service in the sanctuary with their families.  Following a special Children’s Moment, kids from age 2 to grade 5 can go downstairs for a child-oriented worship.  They’ll have a great time! Our curriculum is Cokesbury's "Deep Blue".

Children’s Library
The Bethany Children’s Library is a wonderful place to sit and relax – take a minute to read or take a minute to take a book home with you to read.  Our Children’s Library is located in the bottom floor (Room 14) and is open any time the church is open.  We have books and DVD’s for children of all ages.  Be sure to check it out!
