We are so glad you have taken an interest in who we are and what ministries we offer. Our vision is: “We are a beacon for God – helping others to See, to Accept, and to Grow in the light of Jesus Christ.” What does that mean? For us, it means sharing the light of God’s grace available to us all.
See God is always present. And God loves you. It’s just that sometimes we need that pointed out to us before it becomes obvious to us. Our desire is to help you to see how God is already at work in your life even though you may not yet be able to see it.
Accept We believe the main thing is to accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. “Everyone who calls upon the name of the Lord will be saved” (Acts 2:21; Romans 10:13). Our desire is to help you accept the salvation God offers to you as a gift of his unconditional love.
Grow Once you give your life to Christ, you will come to realize that your life is no longer the same. You will want to find ways to express your gratitude to God for your gift of salvation. Our desire to help you find ways to grow in your relationship with God.
We look forward to sharing with you as we discover together where God is leading us next!
We won’t ask you to identify yourself as new or as a visitor. In an attempt to make ourselves available to you, you’ll have the opportunity to fill out a connection card if you wish to let us know you were here or desire specific information, but that is totally optional. There is also a Welcome Table and fellowship area in the back of the sanctuary where guests can request more information about the church, meet our pastor and some of our staff, but you may remain anonymous if you wish to. If after several weeks you think you might want to get connected, we encourage you to introduce yourself to our staff and/or let us know you are here. We often have a time of "greeting" during the service for people to say "hi" to each other, but this is just a way of being friendly and greeting everyone who is there, not just visitors.
One aspect of our service is an opportunity for those committed to the church to give financially as an act of worship and devotion to God. This money supports the ministry of the church, including service to our community and other parts of the world. This occurs during the “Offering” portion of the service. As a visitor, you are not expected to contribute any money to the church.
